Galerie Sarto has two galleries in Paris's 7th arrondissement, near the Musée d'Orsay.
The first space is dedicated to modern artists, mainly French and Italian, from the 1920s to the 2020s. Special attention is given to the work of Jacques Cartier (1907-2001), an animal artist from the Art Deco period who was the subject of an important catalogue raisonné by the gallery's founder and director, Axel Rondouin. The other part of the selection focuses on post-war abstract painting, with artists such as Pino Manos (1930-2020, catalogue raisonné of works on paper currently in progress), Olivier Debré, Gérard Schneider, Jean Fautrier, Antoni Tàpies, André Lanskoy, Raymond Hains, Bernard Buffet, and Georges Mathieu.
The second space is dedicated to promoting contemporary creation through monographic exhibitions of Julien Airault (catalogue raisonné published by Editions Sarto), François Benoit Lison (catalogue raisonné published by Editions Sarto), Pannaphan Yodmanee, Phanchat Yodmanee, Renaud Bihi, and furniture by Jean-Luc Le Mounier.
