United States Collectors: Duty-Free Imports
We are pleased to inform our US-based clients that original artworks imported from France to the United States are duty-free.
Under Chapter 97 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), original paintings, drawings, and sculptures (over 100 years old or contemporary) are not subject to import taxes. Our gallery handles all necessary customs documentation to ensure a smooth and tax-free delivery to your door
